POWER PLANT PERFORMANCE

Turbo Efficiency evaluates the performance of power plants for contractual and compliance reasons.  New installations, LTSA contracts, dispatch capacity testing require an independent and impartial evaluation of the power plant efficiency and technical parameters. Utilities can also benefit from evaluating the efficiency of their power plants before and after major inspections and retrofits. All testing to comply with ASME, ISO, DIN and other testing codes.

Power plants overtime accumulate degradation in each of their components and suffer operational changes due to fluctuations in market conditions, fuel availability, etc. All these make them operate out of their optimum design point. Turbo Efficiency conducts performance audits to power plants to operate at optimum conditions under their current operational levels. We combined the expertise of a multidisciplinary team to not only diagnostic but implement some of the changes needed to improve their efficiency and power output levels.

Quality measurements are one of the most important factors to conduct an accurate performance evaluation. The quality of a measurement involves not only the precision of the instrument used, but also the location and the correct set up of the readings and interpretation.
